Quote2Profit is operated by Elvin Brea in Attleboro, Massachusetts ("we", "us"). By using Quote2Profit, you ("you", the contractor) agree to these terms.
Beta service, provided as is
Quote2Profit is in beta and is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and the service may have errors or interruptions.
Measurements and pricing
Measurements from satellite imagery are estimates. You are responsible for checking them and for the prices and quotes you give your customers.
Subscription, trial and billing
- Quote2Profit costs $29/month after a 2-week free trial.
- Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time in the app. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- We do not give refunds for partial months.
Founding tester price
Founding testers pay $19/month for as long as their subscription stays active without a break.
Changes to prices or terms
We will email you at least 30 days before any change to prices or these terms takes effect.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your quotes, your pricing and your dealings with your customers.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Termination and data export
If your account ends, you can export your data for 30 days afterward.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, and any dispute will be heard in Bristol County, Massachusetts.
