Quote2Profit is operated by Elvin Brea in Attleboro, Massachusetts. This page explains in plain English what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect and why
- Account info (your email and name): to sign you in and send account emails.
- Business profile and logo: to put your business details and branding on your quotes.
- Saved quotes: so you can create, save and reopen your quotes.
- Addresses you trace and customer names and contact details you enter: to measure jobs and build quotes for your customers.
- Basic usage logs: to keep the service running, secure and working properly.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days of the request. Copies in backups age out over time.
Services that process your data
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: sign-in, database and hosting.
- Esri: satellite imagery for measuring jobs.
- Stripe: payments, once payments launch. We never store card numbers.
- Our email provider: account emails.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Database rules limit access to your data to you, the account owner.
Your customers' data belongs to you
You own the customer data you enter, and we handle it on your behalf. We never sell your data or your customers' data, and we never contact your customers.
Export or deletion
To request a copy of your data or deletion of your account and data, email likenewhomeservices@gmail.com.
